This free design for Powerpoint and Google Slides presentations mimics a paper sheet with polaroid photos and post-its. Your content will be placed inside the paper as if it was written with a pen, and you can use hand-drawn icons over the post-its to give a personal touch. Place your own photos in the polaroid frame to decorate and better transmit your message. It’s a template really fun to use in educational presentations, to explain your lessons or a creative project in your class, although it’s also suitable for conferences.
This free educational presentation template features:
- Fully editable. Easy to change colors, text and photos
- 25 different slides with tips to improve your presentation. Choose the layouts that best fit your content. Add, delete or re-order slide pages based on your needs
- Realistic design that mimics some paper sheets over a table with polaroid photos and post-its
- Feature-rich theme with examples of styles for graphs, charts and tables
- It includes a customizable icon family with 80 different icons and a world map (you can change sizes and colors). And more free icons & maps for your presentations available.
- Use as a Google Slides theme or download as PowerPoint template and edit on your computer. Also export to PDF, JPG, etc.
- 16:9 screen layout (Can change to 4:3 with a click, but some graphic assets may not work well)

Thank you for sharing your amazing work free…
Tziri says
I really like this presentation! How do I change the image on the large image slide? I like that format of the picture divided into three.
Jimena says
Hi Tziri, that image is set as a slide background. Select the slide and go to the Slide menu, and select Background, or right-click in a slide and select Change background. Then upload your own photo and, as it is a background, it will be shown below the polaroids.
Cass says
I love this, but how do I add a picture into the polaroid?
Jimena says
Simply insert a photo in the slide and resize/move until it fits over the polaroid, or use the “replace image” option with the existing photos.
TheLlamaAlby says
You click on the old picture than hit backspace and just insert a picture to its size
Mikayla says
I love this but you could create a template that is more of a journal kind of. Like a journal that people write in daily you know, almost like a composition but in a slide/PowerPoint presentation. This one is more of a single paper, I would like to use one that looks like your writing in a notebook.
Jimena says
Hi Mikayla, maybe Quintus template will serve you
Craig says
The font doesn’t show up in my Google Slides. Do I need to add the font? If so what is the name of the font you used?
Jimena says
You can find the fonts used at slide number 26. However, if you’re using Google Slides with an internet connection there’s no need to install the fonts, they should appear.
Augusto Ribeiro says
What an amazing template! I’m using it for English Classes and it completely fulfills my needs. Thanks for sharing!

Lydia says
Hi how do I download as PowerPoint template? I keep downloading as pdf. I am so sorry for asking this.
Jimena says
Hi Lydia, this issue happens when you try to download from a mobile phone and you don’t have the Google Slides app installed. Please check the solution here.
Denise says
hI!
Congrats for the great work!
Do you have the 4:3 size template?
I changed in power point but I couldn’t resize the little notes and post-its to be proporcionally reduced…
Thank you!
Jimena says
Hi Denise, I’m sorry but this design is only available in 16:9 format

This presentation is wonderful and I will surely want to use it several times or even more. It is simplistic yet shows impressive details in it and worked perfectly for my presentation. I had a class project where you had to educate your classmates on a specific theme. This worked very well and it is also successful in google slides. I gave it 5 stars, this is absolutely amazing! Your website has many exquisite traits about it and in my opinion, is superior compared to others, not hating on them though.
Mandy says
This is really nice template!! I will start with it, Thanks!

A very nice template!!! Fall in love at the first sight !!
Charlotte Harvey says
Hey. I’m having trouble downloading this to powerpoint and maintaining the fonts. I tried to download the fonts from your sources, but they don’t seem to work. Can you suggest similar powerpoint fonts that I can use instead?
Jimena says
Hello Charlotte, you can use:
I’ve downloaded and tried the original fonts in the template and they work, remember that to install them in your computer after the download.
Caroline says
How do I get the slide with the iPhone? I doesn’t show up as a choice when I want to create a new slide.
Thank you!!!!
Jimena says
Sorry Caroline, I don’t understand. Do you mean how can you get the Google Slides theme on your iPhone? Have you got the Slides app installed?
ImAnArmy says
does this include the fonts as well?
Jimena says
If you use PowerPoint you have to download the fonts, but they are free and links are included in the template.
Brycen says
It’s great but the google slides template doesn’t work with the layout function. If you import the theme, you can’t change the layout so the only way to get the graphics in is to copy and paste it from the original copy.
Daphne says
This is perfect. I always use this in my presentations and it always impresses my students. Thanks :)
Jean-Francois says
Hi! I love this design and I have been using it often in class. But do you know where I can find the original graphics for the paper sheets and polaroid frames? I’ve been meaning to change the background, but I’ve noticed it’s always just 1 large image for both the wooden desk and the papers.
Thanks!
Jimena says
Hi, they are retouched versions of these Pixeden files: Paper note and Clipped paper menu
These source files are not for free, you can try to find something similar in Google images search.
Yuri says
Your templates are so amazing! Thank you for sharing!
KEVIN DINEEN says
Well done. Great for doing educative webinars. I will promote your work Jimena.
Amy Richards says
I know right? So creative and useful especially when you are giving a presentation to a lot of jumpy 11 years old boys in a boring class (to them, not me). Thank you so much for creating this creative, useful, amazing theme for us. Thank you for making them in general because the ones on Google Slides are not the best for some presentations.
Murat says
There are many beautiful themes. You helped so much that I can’t tell. Thank you so much.
Misa Reardon says
I really like this template! However, the slide with the 3-spread Polaroids “Want to make a big impact? Use a big image.” is not editable. The image that fills the 3 Polaroids can not be replaced. Is there a work around you can help me with to get my own image in that slide?
Thank you.
Jimena Catalina Gayo says
Hi Misa, that image is placed as the slide background. So you can change the background to set your own photo and it will be “seen through” the polaroids.
Misa Reardon says
That works!! THANK YOU!! I absolutely LOVE it!!
Zuura Zulpukarova says
Thanks for all slides. So,so,so,sooo super slides. I like them all.
Good luck!
