How to use those icons on the slides? (I can’t find them on the google slides.)
Jimena says
Icons are usually in slide number 27. Simply select in that slide the icon you want to use and copy-paste to the slide where you want to use it.

Love this template, thank you! Our company color is red, and I’ve been able to edit everything except for the dotted lines on the backgrounds… any ideas how I can do this?

Nice template, but on my screen the bold text looks different in presentation mode to how it looks in editing mode. It’s as if the text has all been thickened. Is that normal for text on Google slides?
Jimena says
Hi Julian, yes, there is normal in Google Slides that you see a font thickening in presentation mode. I choose the fonts for the templates taking this into account, but if it’s too thick for your taste you can change to a lighter font weight.
Alessandro Sandini says
Hello, Jimena.
Is it possible to change the color of the frame (points from yellow to green, for instance=
Jimena says
Hello Alessandro, yes it is possible. You’ve got to enter the master slides and you’ll be able to select the frame and change the line color. Please check the FAQs.

Oh please help. I spent all day designing a presentation.
I upgraded my mac system. Now it won’t open my powerpoint. It says powerpoint found a problem. SO I click repair.
Then it says the file may be damaged or it may have been created in a pre-release version of PowerPoint. oh please help. What can I do? Thanks.
Jimena says
Hello Elaine, please try uploading your PPT to Google Drive. Once there try to open it with Google Slides, if it opens use the option “Export as PPT” to download again as Powerpoint and see if the error is fixed.

Love the template! I wanted to make the dotted border go all the way around the screen (including the top right corner) but I am unable to do so even with using the Edit Master Slide feature. I even tried inserting a new shape but the roundness of the corners is different and I prefer the way it is in the template. Any tips?
Jimena says
Hello Manreet, the only way to achieve that is to insert a new rounded-corner shape, as you’ve already tried. Note that in both Powerpoint and Google Slides, you can adjust the “roundness” of the corners to exactly match the current border.
Yatziri Rodriguez says
Dear Jimena,
I love your design, and I’m trying to make the space in the dotted line larger in order to insert a larger clipart but I cannot change this, please advise. English is not my native language, so to better clarify, I really like the clear space without the dotted line and it’s useful to insert a clipart such as it is presented, now I would like to make this clear space larger. I went to edit it in the slide master but I cannot find this option.
Jimena Catalina Gayo says
Hi Yatziri,
I’m afraid that dotted line can’t be edited as I created it outside Google Slides, in Adobe Illustrator. However, in the master slides you could place a “corner shape” over the line that has the same fill color as the background. This way the corner shape would cover the line and make the gap look bigger.
PS: I deduce from your Mayan name and surname that you might be from central America ¿maybe Mexican?. I am Spanish, so if spanish is your native language you can send me an email and I’ll try to explain you better.
