On my computer, it was fine. But on the display/work computer, the title text turned to white and you couldn’t see it. This template is bad news.
Jimena says
I’m sorry you had that problem, I always check how the templates are seen on “presentation mode” and found no problems with Nestor. If you could send me the specs of your display/work computer I’ll search if there’s a solution.

Thank you for providing the power point templates. It will be very useful for lecture purposes and reports as necessary.

The Pontano Sans font was nothing but trouble. I couldn’t save the PP in Windows 10 even after adding the font to my computer. Wasted a lot of precious time on this.
Kathy says
Even tried changing out everything in the file to another font, several times, but it kept changing at least 1-2 slides back to Pontano Sans by the time I’d get through the 28 slides and would not save.
Jimena says
Hello Kathy, sorry to hear you had all those problems. Please try to change the font in the master slides so it changes in the whole presentation, you won’t need to do the change one by one.
Zuri says
Love the theme, but it wont let me change the color scheme in master slides.
Jimena says
Hi Zuri, you have to change the color of each rectangle (dark blue, blue, green, etc) and text field in the master slides. Changing the color scheme using the theme color tool in Powerpoint won’t work.
SuperRohden says
How would you change the picture of the mountains in the first slide?
Jimena says
Hi, simply change the slide background. Please check the FAQs.

Thank you for this lovely slide deck, but I’m afraid I can’t use it because I can’t seem to change the font to one my computer (and guest computers I present on) can support.
I am having trouble changing the font in Master Slides. I keep trying different things (selecting specific slides and selecting a supported font, highlighting text & selecting font, erasing text, selecting font & starting new words) but nothing carries over when I go back to normal view. Every bit of text is still in Droid Serif or Pontano Sans, which I can see on my Mac but will wreak havoc when I try to share or project my presentation on another computer. I have had this nightmare before.
I love SlidesCarnival but I forget every time how frustrating it is to try and use a deck with an unusual font. Would it be possible to limit the fonts or offer some sort of easy trade here on the site? I want beautiful slides, but need to be able use boring fonts like Arial, Calibri, and Georgia. Thanks for your work, and your help!
Jimena says
Hello Beth, I’m terribly sorry to hear that. I also use Powerpoint for Mac and I can change the fonts in the Master slides without problem (except in the parent one)
Which version of Powerpoint for Mac are you using? If you have version 16.17 or later you could embed the fonts in the presentation so they won’t fail when you share your presentation in other computers https://support.office.com/en-us/article/embed-fonts-in-word-or-powerpoint-cb3982aa-ea76-4323-b008-86670f222dbc
